new vision, new vocabulary
wilder transformation is a three-month container for people standing at the edge of change :)
It’s companionship with structure — a steady presence while you grieve, reorganize, recalibrate your body, and clarify what you dream of becoming next ❤️
It’s learning how to listen to your body, trust your timing, and move forward with an abundant new vocabulary and creative visualization tools that can offer their wisdom and support for a lifetime.
Over three months, we work one-on-one using:
• natural astrology to orient where you are now and what’s unfolding ⭐️
• weekly support (using EFT tapping for nervous system regulation around triggers and sticky habits or negative self talk)
• Hypnotherapy can be woven into our sessions. A beautiful container for deep and guided and uplifting creative visualization.
• wilder meal planning
three-months
month one — stabilize & locate
we begin by slowing things down.
• identify where you are emotionally, physically, and energetically
• use astrology to name the larger pattern you’re inside of
• support the nervous system through EFT and hypnotherapy
• address immediate body needs (digestive stress, fatigue, emotional holding)
• begin simple food shifts that feel supportive, not restrictive
goal: safety, clarity, and relief.
month two — release & reorganize
This is where movement happens.
• gently work with grief, loss, or stuck emotional material
• continue somatic work to release what the body has been holding
• reorganize daily rhythms, boundaries, and expectations
• use food intentionally to support digestion, mood, and energy
• clarify what no longer fits — and why
goal: Make space for something new.
month three — integrate & become
now we turn toward what’s emerging.
• name what you’re becoming and what supports it
• strengthen trust in your own internal signals
• anchor new habits, rhythms, and self-support systems
• use astrology to understand timing and next steps
• close the container feeling more resourced, coherent, and self-directed
goal: leave with clarity, confidence, and continuity.
Who this is for:
this container is for you if:
• you’re in a transition and don’t want to do it alone
• your body is asking for attention, not discipline
• you want structure without rigidity
• you’re ready to grieve, reorganize, and move forward — gently and honestly
